Dây chuyền tự động in lụa trên mặt kính cong lắp trên xe

Dây chuyền chuyên dụng để in lụa trên kính cong ôtô hoàn toàn tự động, sử dụng khuôn chân không đặc biệt với ray dẫn và bộ điều khiển truyền thông để lắp kính. Toàn bộ dây chuyền bao gồm Bộ nạp, 4 Máy in màn hình căn chỉnh CCD, 4 Bộ sấy bằng tia cực tím và Bộ xả. Cánh tay hút chân không tự động nạp kính cong vào khuôn chân không để thiết lập ban đầu và ép phẳng, sau đó lặp lại tuần tự quy trình thiết lập, in và sấy khô để in đè nhiều lớp. Các tính năng cải tiến như sau:
* Thiết kế đường ray điện: cung cấp nguồn 24V khi khuôn được di chuyển theo vòng tròn trên máy trạm.
* Tự động cân bằng chổi cao su: cảm biến tự động hiệu chuẩn đảm bảo sự đồng nhất của độ dày màng in hai mặt.
* Chức năng nâng tấm kép: cài đặt đa phân đoạn CNC, tính toán điều chỉnh vi sai của chương trình hoạt động để phù hợp với độ dốc lên / xuống của hành trình chổi cao su, tránh bị dính hoặc biến dạng hình in điểm nhô ra giữa tấm kính.
* Thiết lập trực quan: 6 camera với độ phần giải 20 Megapixel làm công việc định vị rìa kính và 2 camera để căn chỉnh hình ảnh. Độ chính xác căn chỉnh là ± 20μm.
