3. Thiết kế mô-đun HIWIN, cung cấp khả năng tùy biến linh hoạt: lựa chọn linh hoạt từ 1 đến 8 cổng mạch vi xử lý nạp/xuất , khác với thông thường trong ngành là 2 cổng. Chất lượng tốt & thời gian giao hàng nhanh.
4.Cung cấp các giải pháp tiết kiệm chi phí làm lợi từ 20% đến 40% đáp ứng các chỉ số chính - chi phí trên mỗi mạch vi xử lý và chi phí sở hữu.
5. EFEM phát hiện vị trí băng silicon bằng cảm biến, kiểm soát độ chính xác ở mức micrômet, sai số chưa đến 1/10 sợi tóc.
6. EFEM tuân thủ SEMI S2, mức độ sạch 1 & ROHS. Phát hiện bất thường, kích hoạt bảo vệ an toàn cho người và thiết bị.
7. Công nghệ cốt lõi của EFEM là phần mềm. Thiết kế GUI, cho phép điều khiển từ xa, tích hợp các hệ thống phụ bằng một lệnh đơn giản.
