Bàn quay truyền động trực tiếp dưới nước HIWIN (RCV-125E), có tốc độ cao & khả năng chống nước/bụi IP 68 & tốt cho quá trình vi xử lý không tiếp xúc như đúc EDM, Khoan & cắt dây và cắt laser cho các bộ phận có độ chính xác cao trong ô tô, chất bán dẫn, các ngành y tế.
1. Hệ thống trọng lượng nhẹ: Hợp kim nhôm cường độ cao & lớp phủ gốm hàng không vũ trụ. So với loại cơ học, trọng lượng nhẹ hơn 60%, cách điện gấp 80 lần & chống ăn mòn tốt hơn với cấp bảo vệ IP68.
2. Hiệu quả đột phá: Tốc độ tối đa 1500 vòng/phút, nhanh hơn 30 lần so với loại cơ. Đạt độ nhám bề mặt tới cấp vi mô Ra0.2. Năng suất tăng gấp 10 lần đối với các chi tiết cứng, dẫn điện kém, khó gia công.
3. Chẩn đoán thông minh: Tích hợp cảm biến rò rỉ/áp suất/nhiệt độ/dòng điện, ngăn chặn việc tắt nguồn đột ngột. Bảo vệ động cơ, bộ mã hóa và các bộ phận quan trọng khỏi hư hỏng, tránh chấn thương khi làm việc, tăng tỷ lệ năng suất sản xuất.
