* Smooth Operation: Tray carrier has 2 sets of manipulator feeding/correcting/ registering/printing/off-loading to attain automatic line function.
* Fast Screen Adjustment: Communication between vision and PLC, combines various mechanisms and registration to build up cycle button and facilitate operator learning and operating skill.
* Double Work Station: Twin table structure, printing and loading /registering synchronous process to achieve productivity of 1200pph.
* Tray Loading: In /out can accommodate 30 trays with flexible range of 3.5-7 inches.
* Screen Positioning Structure: 4 servo motors and high lead screw rod transmission ensure accuracy of repeatable movement.
* Vision Registration: Calculates deviation value to control screen displacement with repeatability accuracy of <±5μm.
* Cleaning Roller: After glass correction, fork carrier transport cleans surface synchronously.
* Auto Paper Replacement: Once the preset cleaning number is achieved, paper roll is replaced automatically by motor operation.
