Specially developed for printing on flexible thin glass material, and the main challenge is to reduce broken material, which is now overcome by technologies of tension control, roller diameter design and edge searching system.
Bottleneck of printing 0.1 mm thick glass material is broken happened while screen printing, ATMA utilizes the “slight contact printing head” for solar panel printing to break through bottleneck, and success in low broken rate and increasing yield rate.
