Following concept of Industry 4.0, combining customer actual need to design fully automatic printing stream, such as auto feeding→A-side legend printing→buffer stack→auto flipping→B-side legend printing→hanging type dryer→collecting.
Using such automatic production line to reduce labor, another side attains the goal of energy saving & carbon reduction. Among key index is about 40 thousand 0.3 mm micro holes are filled entirely at the same time. Auto registration flipping with clipping arm supports stretching movement (material is undergone multi-processing to cause deformation. The clipping arm stretches toward bilateral side while flipping, stretching substrate flatness facilitates CCD camera to detect registration image, thin panel gains effect more prominent.). Overcome the tooling for first and second side printing, adopts digital control to replace conventional 3-point micro adjustment (if it is unable to adjust precision immediately to attain the requested position, the digitalized control compensation can be used to attain fast precise registration), ensure effective smooth flowing. It is also initiated fully automatic plug-via solder mask printing line to reduce labor reliability and raise productivity, obtained plenty customers favor and appreciation upon releasing.
