The initial heating section is configured with an IR lamp to provide fast heating and the optional UV at the inlet conveyor provides an instant curing thick ink layer (surface curing) to prevent the ink layer from collapsing.
Each heating zone has an electronic auto monitor and regulator used for temperature setting. There are also controller settings for even the smallest deviation values and to maintain the surrounding thermal effects.
An external heat exchanger & cooling section are connected and an air treatment box is integrated into the cooling section, so fast airflow creates cooling effects.
The quartz filter lens is mounted under UV reflection housing to reduce unwanted Infrared rays in the radiation spectrum, so UV radiation can penetrate without hindrance.
Electronic lighting with programming control allows infinite settings, enabling you to track conveyor speed, auto regulate constant output and emergency stops, stand-by mode, suspension and jams.
Provides cold water and cool air to reduce substrate surface temperatures ensuring safe stacking.
