An encoder controls the angle, which is then placed into the right position and precision can reach +/-0.01MM.
When using the EDM gripper in automation equipment, you can use the program drivers to control the clamp force which avoids pinching. The product also reduces unnecessary steps. It’s a good way to increase productivity.
With the encoder and motor, it can be used to return data to the server, which is beneficial to production management, quality control and error analysis.
Due to the product force source for electrical movement, it will not produce air flow dust when moving. EDM can also be used in special operation environments.
