The MRBT Magnetic rodless cylinder is based on magnetics theory and used for actuators. Compared to regular aluminum extrusion cylinders, MRBT is designed to eliminate air leakage which makes it suitable for dust free and limited airflow working environments. It also provides better energy saving due to its reduced air pressure needs. MRBT increases the load weight from the bearing force that is not directly applied to the body. An extra slide rail also improves rigidity, stability and the operating accuracy of the cylinder.
MRBT is composed of precision die-casting aluminum for the cylinder body, steel spindle and precision lapping slide. Either two sides or the same side can be used to install the fittings for different needs. Additional shock absorbers are ideal for reducing the impact force and extending service life. Pneumatic and hydraulic absorbers are both available. While on an automated working site, alternative magnetics sensors are helpful to take control of the actuated state of the cylinders.
