PRE Mechanical Rodless Cylinder is without rod, this design can save space, and avoid damage of spare parts due to off centering of long stroke rod. Inner belt is made of PU and stainless steel wire will reinforce longitudinal pull and drag intensity to have a longer lifetime, and PU is with good air tightness to improve leakage, it’s suitable for clean room and high limited air flow influence environment, and because of push force efficiency is increased, the air consumption is decreased and energy saving is reached. Besides, the special flat profile is depended on technique of aluminum extruded oval shape body, it’s different from square or round aluminum extruded cylinder, this kind of aluminum extruded body is hard to process, but main purposes are to increase rigidity, accuracy and stability. And optional hydraulic or pneumatic absorber will reduce impact force and extend lifetime, also optional reed switch can be applied to control actuating status of cylinder.
