Chelic SWB500, balanced high-speed solenoid valve is a high-speed actuating mechanism with external circuit program control. It can be used in automatic screening equipment, detects and controls the targets’ sizes and quality. SWB500’s body is light and handy while able to mount maximum 8 manifolds.
Features: small body size, large flow capacity, high-speed (high-frequency 125Hz) actuation, adjustable stroke (maximum amplitude 0.3mm), stable flow, less air consumption… etc.
The pipeline connector is designed replaceable, fit with various types of connectors according to different requirements. The input-output lines are combined which simplifies customers’ wiring and usage. SWB500 can also be installed on tracks easily with bracket and screws. The balanced valve design avoids the spool inside the main valve from influenced by the force of pressure difference while moving.
