Energy-saving is the trend of the automation industry. We have designed the ERVL vacuum energy-saving, large-capacity precision pressure regulator valve with a new internal loop. The vacuum pressure on the suction side can attain the desired range.
The suction hole is designed to be set as closed. As there is no need to continuously draw in air from outside to create a balance, it can reach the goal of no air intake consumption. Therefore, the research and development goal of saving vacuum source energy can be achieved. It can also reduce the cost because the capacity is increased to triple the normal amount. The energy-saving design of this product can completely replace traditional vacuum decompression technology. The precision pressure regulation system can use the circuit control to replace the normally open suction hole in vacuum mode.
This new technology can maintain high precision vacuum. The balance reduces air pressure to save energy.
