The soft start-up valve in the UCHV 400-04-W F.R.L modular series is designed to control air flow and pressure gradually so that it slows down fast movement of actuators to protect operators from danger and prevent injury. When the air supply is working, the first coilshaft is in over-flow energy saving mode, while the valve gate is in open and close status; this working application supports pressure supply to the second shaft. When the second shaft moves up slowly, the air flow pressure can raise to the supply port, which enables the second shaft to move to secondary pressure safely. Employing the above mode means that the maximum of 7000L/min is reached with low consumption.
Furthermore, because the UCHV 400-04-W includes a slow air exhaust, the inside exhaust unit is able to release air slowly from machines and valves properly, and the inside bridge rectifier reduces noise, with the AC voltage changing to DC voltage. The DC voltage can save 70% energy.
