VSL12,thin vacuum generator, is a product combined with multi-function modules. Customers can adjust the combination of following functions: controlling, filter, vacuum generation / degeneration, sensing, energy saving, noise reducing… etc., highly flexible according to different requirement while space efficient owing to its lightness and thinness.
Variable joints, changeable filter consumables, adjustable vacuum degenerating flow. Reaches 8 manifolds, pressure scale up to 90 kPa, three different suction flow rate levels (6L / min, 9L / min, 15L / min) and fit with various vacuum pads (for suction, transportation and locating). Efficiency and productivity optimizing for working tables arrayed and crowded with materials.
With its own circuit, vacuum maintaining mechanism and self-circuit programming, it could detect and control the vacuum intensity, reducing air consumption while energy saving. Equipped with vacuum sensor & LCD, it observes the pressure change and fast signals output.
