Applying SiC components to develop high power density inverters, in addition to the general drive function, it also has three characteristics of high power quality, energy regeneration, and high power density.

1. Improve power quality, reduce harmonics (33%-->5%), and reduce power loss.

2. Improve the power factor (0.75-->0.99), plus the braking energy regeneration, the energy saving effect is greatly improved (energy saving> 20%)

3. Increase the power density by 7 times and challenge the world's smallest driver.
