The MTS Critical Power Manual Transfer System is designed for AI data centers, semiconductor fabs, medical facilities, and critical infrastructure. It integrates MTS with BDM bypass maintenance power, enabling safe switching during maintenance, testing, or emergencies through interlocked primary/backup power, a MAIN / OFF / BDM interface, Quick-make / Quick-break switching, low temperature rise, and a 90° wide-gap rotary contact. Compared with conventional equipment, MTS reduces shutdown risk, simplifies operation, and saves panel space with its stacked dual-layer design. Its 30° operating margin and 9.5 N-m low torque reduce misoperation. TÜV Rheinland certified and EN / IEC 60947-6-1 compliant, MTS achieves only 26K–31K temperature rise at 250A, far below the IEC 70K limit.
