Revolutionary: (1) Two-phase flow: Non-corrosive, non-conductive R134a coolant ensures that server can continue to run when the system leaks. (2) Closed loop: Direct-to-Chip heat dissipation, suitable for high-performance computing and reducing installation space. (3) Harsh ambiance: The outdoor unit can be used in ambient temperatures of -20~50°C and can run in various conditions. Advantage: 1. Energy saving: High-efficiency Cold-plate, adapts to various needs, run with the lowest power consumption, improve PUE. 2. Extend the equipment life: Direct contact heat dissipation can reduce the operate temperature, extend equipment life. 3. High scalability and reliability: Combines two-phase technology with reliability of low-flow liquid pumping, and is highly modular and scalable.
