Applying SiC components to develop Matrix-based Converter Integrated Motor, in addition to the general motor and drive functions, it also has three features of high power quality, energy regeneration, and high power density.
In order to challenge the reduction of harmonics, improve power factor and increase power density, this product has the following key technologies
1. Increase switching frequency from 8kHz to 50kHz.
2. Adopt DMCSVM switching algorithm improving power quality, reduce harmonics from 33% to 7%, and reduce power loss.
3. With bi-directional energy conversion, when the motor brakes, the energy can be directly fed back to the power grid, the energy saving more than 20%, such as elevator applications reacheing 65%.
4. With miniaturized power base, heat dissipation and integrated design, the power density of the whole machine reaches to 4kW/L. The all-in-one machine is a green and environmentally friendly product that fully responds to energy saving and emission reduction.
