1.JSDG2 is a new generation of TECO servo drive, its power range from 100W up to 15KW. To fulfill the command of precisely control, the resolution of encoder upgrade to 23 bit.

2.Hardware design use high-performance CPU and FPGA, let servo drive has high response. The response for JSDG2 up to 1.5KHz. Not only upgrading the CPU, but also using intelligent power module design to enhance the reliability and fulfill the miniaturization of the design concept. Strengthen its short-circuit, over-current, complete protection function of a variety of fault conditions.

3.JSDG2 equipped high-speed communication Canopen and EtherCAT which could use in multi-axis servo applications. The hottest issue robot applications also the multi-axis servo applications with high-speed communication. High-speed communication is different from normal pulse commands, customers can reduce the amount of wiring and achieve faster response times.

4.JSDG2 series have torque / speed / position control, and also have turret, flying and cutting mode, and also could use communication mode to give servo commands.

For Function level, JSDG2 has a new OFF-line/ON-line auto tuning, it could tuning not only gain and inertia, but also add some new option in auto tuning like vibration, current bandwidth, friction compensation. To let customers could easily use our product, JSDG2 has PC-link could set all the parameters and tracing the curve. JSDG2 is not only a servo drive, but also a user-friendly servo design.
