Teco develops special motor for steel plant. We developed a new generation of ring motor, which is more suitable for harsh working conditions of temperature and humidity in steel rolling process.
1.Apperance
High level enclosure IP66 and ring rib enclosure prevents the accumulation of scale dust, especially suitable for harsh conditions at steel plants.
2.Waterproof
Special design for frame and bracket,bearing design,shaft seal design,splashing waterproof cover design.
3.Performance
1)High insulation level: Winding design with H-grade high temperature resistant insulation material, meeting the needs of high temperature environment.
2) Temperature rise: In natural cooling can reach B temperature rise.
3)Over load: 250% 60s at constant torque.
4. Strict test standards
1) Accurately verify the torque output at each operating point. The temperature rise test complies with S1 continuous operation.
2) The PDIV surge test results are higher than the NEMA inverter motor specifications.
