Advantech WISE-6610 gateway connect up to 500 sensors to receive and transmit data to cloud platform via wireless 3G/LTE or wired Ethernet connections for data acquisition, computing and analytic, achieving remote, real-time control and monitoring. Featuring in "low-power, wide transmission area", this solution is best for applications in wide area without geographical boundary.

In Taiwan, forests and water bodies are everywhere. Sending staff to monitor stations periodically results in high human, time and travel costs but still with limited efficiency. With this solution, managers deploy LoRaWAN sensors around to have data sent back to office run by just a few employees, allowing for instant, remote and centralized monitoring.

In Germany, recycle machines with sensors are in every supermarket can immediately send recycle status back to a control room. Other than assign inspect staff periodically, the manager only send people there when a machine is full or out of order.
