AIIS-1200 make machine vision system easy
AIIS-1200 machine vision system is a compact design ideal for quick and simple machine automation operations, including automated optical inspection (AOI), vision guidance robotics (VGR), and alignment inspection applications. Especially for the production lines not yet implementing machine vision system originally, AIIS-1200's space-saving compact size in 137 x 58 x 118 mm, weighing only 1.1 kg suits perfectly the narrow space in existing production lines. Though in such small volume, AIIS-1200 is equipped with rich interfaces for expansion, wide operating temperature and wide range (9 ~ 36V DC) power input, ensuring functions in harsh industrial environments. Besides, Advantech collaborate with tier 1 camera partners, Basler and Point Grey, allowing AIIS-1200 to pass compatibility tests in development stage, enabling high performance of image capture.

Fanless design both for function and design beauty
To avoid thermal and breakdown issues caused by fans, AIIS-1200 replaces the fans with aluminum redge flakes on the top. The solid material is perfect for thermal emission, eliminating noise and trouble of fan maintenance. Besides, it distinguishes AIIS-1200 from other traditional industrial PCs with carving remarkable Advantech identification, expressing beauty in design simplicity.

Ruggedized compact design with high expandability
AIIS-1200 take full capaicity of the limited spaces to offer flexible expansion options. It provides VGA ouput, 1 x GbE LAN, 4 x USB ports, 2 x COM ports, 1 x DP port and 1 DIO. The complete inputt and output alternatives enable customer to expand according to various requirement. Besides, USB 3.0 and digial I/O ports are built at front and rear, make it easy for machine vision deployment. The built-in DP port support high end monitor output for high resolution image capture and monitoring.
