The Machine Vision System Born for Smart Factory
AIIS-5410P is a machine vision system designed for high end machine automation operations to increase production efficiency and quality control. It suits complicated applications, such as automated optical inspection (AOI) for LCD, PCB and BGA, which helps staff to filter failures, evaluate and align inspections. AIIS-5410P provides wide range power input (9~36V DC) and operating temperature (-20~60°C) to function normally in extreme environments.
High Performance and Rich I/O for Flexible Customization
The high performance and flexibility enables customized various solution implementation. With 4 PoE camera interface, it allows customers to increase number of cameras and monitor closely proceeding quality. With 8 USB ports, it supports customized solutions for diverse requirements, for example, for quantity image acquisition, connecting to USB hard drive to store and backup, or connecting monitors and devices for control. AIIS-5410P is designed with iDoor, ideal for potential expansion of PCIE cards, internet card and graphic card to realize extensive machine vision monitoring. Besides, the Intel 6th genenation processor raises average computing power in 32.9% and GPU performance by 67%, compared to 3rd generation. Customers will experience the upgraded vision quality and smooth image capture.
Fanless Design Both for Function and Design Beauty
To avoid thermal breakdown caused by fans, AIIS-5410P replaces the fans with aluminum redge flakes on the top. The solid material is perfect for thermal emission, eliminating noise and trouble of maintenance. Besides, AIIS-5410P stands out from traditional industrial PCs with carving Advantech identification, expressing beauty in design simplicity.
