MIC-7500 comprises a compact modularized system that supports the innovative i-Modules and Advantech iDoor accessories to satisfy various applications of factory automation. The ruggedized fanless designs, wide-voltage power input and wide operating temperature allow MIC-7500 to operate with high reliability in harsh industrial environments. The innovative i-Modules provides customer expansion options and shorten the lead time of customization with Advantech configure-to-order (CTOS) service.

Innovative i-Modules Ideal for Customization
The exclusive i-Modules in accompanied with MIC-7500 supports 2~4 PCIe/PCI expansion slots. The unique mechanical design of i-module can be easy to install. Responding to equipment requirements, MIC-7500 can be implemented with relative expansion added without changing existing interface design. For example, adding high performance graphic card, PoE card or USB 3.0 card, the system will transform into an automated machine vision solution.

High Consistency and Reliability in Harsh Environments
MIC-7500's fanless design provides capability of IP40 dust-proof, functioning normal in dusty factory and raising MTBF to reduce the expense of changing invalid material. MIC-7500 supports 9~36V DC power input for flexible power input solution to customer and it also supports wide operating temperature from -20 °C to 60°C. These industrial grade features enable MIC-7500 to be a stable and reliable solution in harsh factory environments.

High Performance and I/O Interface Expansion Flexibility
MIC-7500 uses the latest Intel 6th generation core i processor to provide high computing performance. Beside of the original I/O interface, MIC-7500 supports Advantech iDoor module for additional WIFI/3G、RS-232/422/485 or digital I/O communicated interfaces of industrial automation application. It helps customers to upgrade the factory equipment and automation easily to greet the industry 4.0 era.
