■ HIT-W101C is a healthcare information terminal, combing the slim outfit of consumer panel PC and the high reliability and performance of industrial PC. At only 740g, the unit is only 2.2 cm think, which can be perfectly applied at bedhead in the wards or crowded nurse stations for nurse call system.
■ Unlike most of the x86-based consumer panel PC, the unit is RISC-based, so it can work with lower power consumption while maintaining the supreme computing performance. It also overcomes many restrictions of consumer panel PC, such as battery required, high power consuming with turning into sleep mode, I/O ports allocated at difference areas, software instability, and etc.
■ HIT-W101C also supports Power Over Ethernet (POE) function. With PoE, the constraint of having AC power outlets is eliminated. This provides flexibility in placing PoE-enabled network equipment such as VoIP phones, wireless access points, and IP cameras in the most optimal locations instead of choosing locations where power is available
■ To ensure clear voice message, HIT-W101C is embedded with high-quality microphone and acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) function. To ensure patients' privacy, we also offer optional handset, so patient can communicate with care givers without disturbing other people.
